Crab fishing reforms divide industry into haves and have-nots

Crab fishing reforms divide industry into haves and have-nots

When a King Crab boat employee loses his or her job, why is it that they blame the industry, rather than the socialist politicians who created the policy that led to his loosing his job?!? Im tired of hearing things like this from the Seattle Times. They are typical leftist ... blame everyone who's out there competing, busting their butts to make their OWN security, while praising the people who are most responsible for hamstringing the industialists! The fact of the matter is, that King Crab in Alaska has been under seige for a long time, and he should have been planning for this day.

Bopping the Countryside: Crab fishing reforms divide industry into haves and have-nots

Good call bopper! anyone who only works part of the year shouldnt complain when things change. This gentleman, while he may have had an honest, honorable job on the King Crab boat, could have saved the ENORMOUS amounts of manoey paid to him either for his retirment comfort, or to buy into a boat!

3 cheers for capitalism!
